    Sammanfattning : The structure, hydration, and dynamics of concentrated DNA-amphiphile complexes were investigated by small-angle X-ray diffraction, sorption calorimetry, and nuclear magnetic resonance.     Sammanfattning : DNA-dependent protein kinase (DNA-PK) is a holoenzyme consisting of a regulatory subunit, the heterodimeric Ku70/86, and a catalytic subunit known as DNA-dependent protein kinase catalytic subunit (DNA-PKcs).     Sammanfattning : Bacterial DNA and CpG-containing oligodeoxynucleotides (ODNs) induce host inflammatory responses as a result of their content of unmethylated ¡§CpG motifs¡¨. Since the CpG motifs in the mitochondrial (mt) genome are in this respect similar to bacterial DNA, in that they are non-methylated, we investigated whether mtDNA also displays inflammatogenic potential.
