Sammanfattning : This dissertation gives a description of the regulation of marriage, registered partnership and cohabitation - emphazising the joint dwelling - in the perspective of two basic normative patterns, on one side community and on the other financial independence/individual ownership, trying to explain the differences and similarities between the regulations. The content of the legal regulation is, furthermore, set in relation to the question whether marriage and cohabitation are best characterised as status or contractual relationships. LÄS MER

Sammanfattning : This thesis focus on the priority right to re-employment in Section 25 of the Swedish Employment Security Act (LAS). The study highlights how power relationships between employers, trade unions and employees with the priority right to re-employment are constructed in the Regulation, and what consequences these relationships have for an employee with the priority right to re-employment. 3. Geochemistry of tin, tungsten and molybdenum in Swedish Proterozoic granitoids : its potential use in regional mineral exploration
Sammanfattning : The primary aim of this broad regional study is to statistically determine the Li-Sn-W-Mo-bearing potential of various granitoids using geochemical criteria.Computer-based, univariate and multivariate statistical methods are applied to major and trace element data from ca 660 granitic rock samples and over 800 major element analyses, selected from the Swedish geological literature. Sammanfattning : The overall aim of this thesis was to explore patterns of antisocial behaviour, mental health and recidivism among Swedish young offenders in community-based rehabilitative programmes (n=189).
