    Sammanfattning : The purpose of the thesis was to use case studies of three manufacturing companies to describe and problematize the significance of team-based production for the operatives' learning conditions and learning activities, and to describe how these change over a period of time.The view of learning on which the thesis is based can be described as an integrative view, where the learning perspective is directed towards work and the working duties of the team, the organizational context and the ideas.     Sammanfattning : This dissertation examines three family history research experiences as public pedagogical spaces, analysing the narratives presented and participants’ negotiations with these. In the context of enhanced digitalisation and rapidly developing technologies, disturbances in the form of pandemics, hackers, and wars remind us of the instability of the present, raising existential questions and reinforcing the desire to anchor oneself in the past.     Sammanfattning : An empirical analysis was conducted on the efficiency of commercial grape-producing family farms in the Republic of Macedonia in order to examine how farm performance is influenced by selected aspects of the current Rural Development Programme (RDP) (2007-2013). The emphasis was on Macedonian grape production on family farms and on instruments for more efficient use of resources, production modernisation, vine revitalisation, and the knowledge and managerial capacity of Macedonian grape growers.
