4. Surviving the ratchet : Modelling deleterious mutations in asexual populations
Sammanfattning : One of the most unforgiving processes in nature is that of Muller's ratchet, a seemingly irreversible accumulation of deleterious mutations that all organisms have to deal with or face extinction.
