    Sammanfattning : Labor Supply Responses and Adjustment Frictions: A Tax-Free Year in IcelandHow does labor supply respond to a temporary wage change? To answer this question, I study an unexpected and salient tax reform in Iceland in 1987 that resulted in a year free of labor income taxes, but creating only minimal income effects, offering an ideal natural experiment.     Sammanfattning : The topic of this thesis is the study of finite volume methods for hyperbolic conservation laws on non-uniform meshes. A high-order hyperbolic reconstruction method is presented. The method is constructed for quadrilateral meshes, since more realistic hyperbolic problems involve more complicated problem domains than the standard rectangular ones. LÄS MER
