  1. 1. All-fiber modulators for laser applications

    Författare :Mikael Malmström; Fredrik Laurell; Simon Fleming; KTH; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; All-fiber; fiber optics; modulation; q-switching; mode-locking;

    Sammanfattning : The objective of this thesis was to explore the usefulness of all-fiber modulators for laser applications. The modulators were all based on refractive index change achieved in the core of the studied fiber- components, exploiting either the elasto-optic effect or the electro-optic effect. LÄS MER

  2. 2. An audit is an audit

    Författare :Elina Malmström; Gunilla Eklöv Alander; Mikael Holmgren Caicedo; Torbjörn Tagesson; Stockholms universitet; []
    Nyckelord :SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; auditing; ISA; IAASB; SASE; audit of less complex entities; institutional theory; institutional entrepreneurship; företagsekonomi; Business Administration;

    Sammanfattning : Previous studies within auditing have indicated that actors located in the center of the organizational field are more likely to have the resources needed in order to instigate change. Although it is acknowledged that actors located in the periphery might have incentives to change the organizational field, they are often viewed as unlikely change agents, as they are presumed to lack enough leverage. 3. 3. Antibody Mediated Radionuclide Targeting of HER-2 for Cancer Diagnostics and Therapy : Preclinical Studies

    Författare :Mikael Persson; Per-Uno Malmström; Vladimir Tolmachev; Jörgen Carlsson; Marion De Jong; Uppsala universitet; []
    Nyckelord :Molecular medicine; Neoplasm Antibodies; Targeted Radiotherapy; Radionuclide Imaging; Molekylärmedicin;

    Sammanfattning : Targeted radionuclide therapy (TRT) holds great promise for the treatment of cancer. In TRT, radioactive nuclides are delivered specifically to tumours by molecules that recognise and bind to structures overexpressed by, or specific to, cancer cells. LÄS MER
