18. Dietary Fatty Acids and Inflammation : Observational and Interventional Studies
Sammanfattning : Dietary fat quality influences the risk of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease. A low-grade inflammation is suggested to contribute to the disease development, often accompanied by obesity.
