    Sammanfattning : Det övergripande syftet med avhandlingen var att generera en grundad teori om huvudproblemet i förflyttningsprocessen mellan intensivvårdsavdelningar (IVA) och allmänna vårdavdelningar, det vill säga den vård som ges; före, under och efter det att patienter förflyttats från intensivvård till allmän vårdavdelning.
