1. Cryogenic InP High Electron Mobility Transistors in a Magnetic Field
Sammanfattning : The InGaAs-InAlAs-InP high electron mobility transistor (InP HEMT) is the preferred active device used in a cryogenic low noise amplifier (LNA) for sensitive detection of microwave signals.
