   Sammanfattning : The thioredoxin system, comprising thioredoxin, thioredoxin reductase (TrxR) and NADPH, is a redox system of great importance in the defence against oxidative stress and is involved in the regulation of several cellular processes, such as apoptosis and cell proliferation.
