Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is currently estimated to be the third most common cause of death worldwide, but is to a large extent under-diagnosed, especially at early stages.     Sammanfattning : Dysthymia, a depressive disorder with usually an insidious, early onset (before age 21), and panic disorder are psychiatric disorders with a major impact on public health due to their high frequency of recurrence, persistent course and superimposed major depressions.
