11. Teater och utvecklingsstörning : En studie av Ållateatern
Sammanfattning : This dissertation is an inductive, qualitative study of a theatre programme with persons with intellectual disabilities. The aims of the dissertation were: • to explore the experiences had by the actors as expressed through their descriptions, images and narratives, • to explore the context in which these descriptions, images and narratives take place and, • to conceptualise the experiences had by the actors. 12. Extended Förster Theory of Electronic Energy Transport within Pairs of Reorienting Chromophoric Molecules
Sammanfattning : An extended Förster theory (EFT), previously derived (L. B.-Å. Johansson et al. LÄS MER
13. On the quantitative analysis of electronic energy transfer/migration in proteins studied by fluorescence spectroscopy
Sammanfattning : Two recently developed theories of electronic energy transfer/migration were for the first time applied to real protein systems for extracting molecular distances. The partial donor-donor energy migration (PDDEM) is an extension to the previously developed donor-donor energy migration (DDEM, F Bergström et al PNAS 96, 1999, 12477) which allows using chemically identical but photophysically different fluorophores in energy migration experiments. 14. Ion recombination in liquid ionization chambers : development of an experimental method to quantify general recombination
Sammanfattning : An experimental method (the two-dose-rate method) for the correction of general recombination losses in liquid ionization chambers has been developed and employed in experiments with different liquids and radiation qualities. The method is based on a disassociation of initial and general recombination, since an ionized liquid is simultaneously affected by both of these processes. LÄS MER
15. Characterisation of Chromatography Media Aimed for Purification of Biomolecules
Sammanfattning : Chromatography media (resins) are very important for and widely used by the biopharma industry in large scale production of biopharmaceuticals, e.g. monoclonal antibodies. Today there are several hundred biopharmaceuticals released globally on the healthcare market. LÄS MER
