    Sammanfattning : In this study a mother’s experiences of communication between her adult son dying in leiomyosarcoma and herself (the author), between his family and a palliative home care team and communication in the support of the mother in her parental grief and bereavement are described and analyzed. The mother’s experiences are captured in personal accounts, writings, during the year of her son’s illness with cancer and his palliative home care and during three years of grief and bereavement after her loss.     Sammanfattning : Spinocerebellar ataxia type 7 (SCA7) is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by cerebellar ataxia and visual problems due to a progressive and selective loss of neurons within the cerebellum, brainstem and retina. The disease is caused by the expansion of a CAG repeat in the first coding exon of the SCA7 gene, resulting in an expanded polyglutamine domain in the N-terminal part of ataxin-7, a protein of unknown function.     Sammanfattning : This thesis investigates three construction types in Swedish where two (or more) verbs display identical inflectional morphology (COPYING) and share one overt subject. The constructions are referred to as (i) T(ENSE)M(OOD)A(SPECT)-COPYING complements, of the form John started and wrote (John started writing), (ii) PARTICIPLE COPYING complements, of the form John had been-able written (John had been able to write), and (iii) PSEUDOCOORDINATIONS, of the form John sat and wrote (John was writing).     Sammanfattning : Background: The Swedish PAP (physical activity on prescription) programme FaR®, introduced in 2001, has been adopted by all Swedish regions, which are responsible for provision of healthcare in Sweden.
