    Sammanfattning : In unstable coronary artery disease (CAD) it still is a matter of debate which patients should undergo early revascularisation. In the FRISC II study (n=2457) an early invasive strategy was, compared to a primarily non-invasive strategy, associated with reduced mortality and myocardial infarction (MI) rates. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : Exposure to vibration is known to cause vasospastic white fingers and/or sensorineural symtoms such as numbness and tingling in fingers and/or musculoskeletal disorders such as reduction in muscle force, fatigue and reduced endurance.     Sammanfattning : This stndy comprising six separate papers, is concerned with the techniques of, and bevaluation of arthroscopy as a diagnostic and therapeutic tool in different pathologic conditions in the upper extremity.Arthroscopy proved to increase diagnostic accuracy in 177 examined patients with anterior shoulder instability or shoulder pain.
