    Sammanfattning : The purpose of the study is to show that architectural quality in dwellings has an impact on purchase prices. This is performed through an empirical investigation of 178 purchases of flats in co-operative housing associations within Greater Stockholm. The studied dwellings are all in multifamily housing.
