This thesis describes the development of PEG-stabilized liposome conjugates targeting either epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) using its natural ligand EGF, or human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER-2) using the antibody trastuzumab.     Sammanfattning : Background: Opportunistic viral infections can cause considerable morbidity and mortality in organ and stem cell transplanted (SCT) patients, mainly due to iatrogenic T cell dysfunction.
