    Sammanfattning : The subject of this dissertation is the art of the Polish theatre director, set designer, and visual artist Tadeusz Kantor (1915–1990) and its inherent width of artistic expressions. The aim is to contribute with new interpretations that add to previous research that primarily has studied the body of work from the perspectives of the artist’s intention and biography, and divided his artistic work between visual art and theatre.     Sammanfattning : This thesis describes the characterization of the Arabidopsis thaliana mutant terminal flower2 (tfl2), the cloning of the corresponding gene, and the analysis of TFL2 function in plant development. The tfl2 mutant is pleiotropic, exhibiting early floral induction in both long and short day conditions, a terminating inflorescence and dwarfing. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : Background: Obstetric anal sphincter injuries (OASIS) after vaginal delivery are the most common cause of anal incontinence in women. Symptoms range from faecal urgency and soiling to inability to control flatus and passive faecal incontinence. OASIS are also associated with urinary incontinence, perineal pain, and sexual dysfunction. LÄS MER
