16. Bifunctionalization of Small Organic Molecules Based on Fluorine Incorporation
Sammanfattning : The dissertation work that is summarized in this thesis describes novel syntheses of organofluorine compounds with a broad coverage of different fluorine-containing motifs.Chapter 2.1 covers works on the exploration of new trifluoromethylthiolating reactions of diazocarbonyl compounds. 17. Synthesis of Organofluorine Compounds and Allenylboronic Acids - Applications Including Fluorine-18 Labelling
Sammanfattning : This work is focused on two areas: the chemistry of organofluorine and organoboron compounds. In the first chapter, a copper-catalysed synthesis of tri- and tetrasubstituted allenylboronic acids is presented. Extension of the same method leads to allenylboronic esters. LÄS MER
18. Development of New Synthetic Routes to Organoboronates by Catalytic Allylic Substitution and C-H bond Functionalization
Sammanfattning : This thesis describes the development of new catalytic methods for the synthesis and application of organometallic reagents, mainly focusing on allylboronic acid derivatives. Thus, palladium pincer-complex catalysis has been applied for extending the scope of palladiumcatalyzed borylation reactions in the synthesis of regio- and stereodefined functionalized allylboronic acid derivatives. 19. Palladium-Catalyzed Synthesis and Transformation of Organoboranes
Sammanfattning : This thesis presents the development of new palladium-catalyzed transformations involving synthesis and application of allylborane reagents. In these reactions various palladium sources, including pincer complexes and commonly used catalysts were applied. LÄS MER
20. Catalytic Functionalization of Allylic Substrates by Palladium Pincer Complexes
Sammanfattning : This thesis is based on the development of novel catalytic reactions for the synthesis and application of organometallic reagents. The main focus is directed towards organoboronate derivatives. We developed an efficient procedure for converting allylic alcohols to the corresponding allylboronates using palladium pincer complexes as catalysts. LÄS MER
