This phenomenon is known as antibody feedback regulation. Whether this modulation causes up- or downregulation of the antibody response depends both on the antibody isotype and the antigen used.    Sammanfattning : Over 20 different plasma proteins have been shown to have the capacity to undergo conformational changes and self-assemble into highly stable and insoluble amyloid fibrils. This is a mutualistic relationship, where the host provides nutrients and a favorable environment while the bacteria in return ferment indigestible polysaccharides to short chain fatty acids.
