    Sammanfattning : Huvudsyftet med denna avhandling har varit att vidareutveckla en matematisk grund för konstitutiva drivenheter inom området plasticitetsteori för jord. Med en konstitutiv drivenhet avses här en datorrutin som innehåller ett antal utvalda konstitutiva modeller jämte integrationsmetoder och med vilken olika laboratorieförsök och fältförsök kan simuleras numeriskt och modellparametrar bestämmas genom optimering.
