    Sammanfattning : Material and methods: In all, 237 consecutive patients with a perforated peptic ulcer admitted from 1974-1992 and 125 consecutive patients with an oesophageal perforation admitted from 1970-2006 to Lund University hospital were studied retrospectively. In 1995, the Swedish Rectal Cancer Registry (SRCR) was launched to supervise and assure the quality of the management of rectal cancer.     Sammanfattning : In Sweden, preterm infants are preferably fed human milk. Very preterm infants (< 32 weeks), who are unable to breastfeed, are fed with expressed maternal milk via a nasogastric tube.
