   Sammanfattning : The aim was to study the epidemiology of chronic pain (> 3 months duration) and factors associated to pain prevalence, prognosis, health care and medication in a general population. A cross-sectional mailed survey to a random population sample (n = 1806) was followed by a clinical examination and a prospective study of three selected groups. LÄS MER

   Sammanfattning : Syftet med föreliggande licentiatavhandling är att, utifrån ett specialdidaktiskt perspektiv, bidra med kunskap om lågpresterande elevers grundläggande antals- och taluppfattning, och hur utvecklingen av denna kan stödjas. Den övergripande forskningsfråga som besvaras är vilka aspekter, som ur ett specialdidaktiskt perspektiv, är särskilt betydelsefulla att beakta vad gäller lågpresterande elevers kunskapsutveckling inom grundläggande antals- och taluppfattning.    Sammanfattning : The purpose of this thesis was to increase the understanding of altered movement patterns in individuals with anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury in order to improve ACL rehabilitation, and to develop an observational instrument termed Test for Substitution Patterns (TSP) for standardized, quantifiable scoring of altered movement patterns in legs and trunk. In all, 142 participants, 93 with ACL-rupture (37 women) and 49 uninjured participants were investigated. LÄS MER
