  1. 1. Power to the people electricity demand and household behavior

    Detta är en avhandling från Umeå : Umeå universitet

    Författare :Mattias Vesterberg; Umeå universitet.; [2017]
    Nyckelord :SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; electricity demand; real-time pricing; demand flexibility; elasticity; appliance-level data; end-use; media; contract choice; de-regulated market; household behavior; intermittent electricity production; efficiency; imperfect information;

    Sammanfattning : Paper [I] Using a unique and highly detailed data set on energy consumption at the appliance-level for 200 Swedish households, seemingly unrelated regression (SUR)-based end-use specific load curves are estimated. The estimated load curves are then used to explore possible restrictions on load shifting (e.g. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Distributed Photovoltaics, Household Electricity Use and Electric Vehicle Charging Mathematical Modeling and Case Studies

    Detta är en avhandling från Uppsala : Acta Universitatis Upsaliensis

    Författare :Joakim Munkhammar; Uppsala universitet.; [2015]
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Distributed Photovoltaics; Household Electricity Use; Electric Vehicle Charging; Markov Chain Modeling; Probability Distribution Modeling; Data Analysis; Self-Consumption; Grid Interaction.; Engineering Science; Teknisk fysik;

    Sammanfattning : Technological improvements along with falling prices on photovoltaic (PV) panels and electric vehicles (EVs) suggest that they might become more common in the future. The introduction of distributed PV power production and EV charging has a considerable impact on the power system, in particular at the end-user in the electricity grid. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Apparater, aktiviteter och aktörer Lågenergiboende som resurs och restriktion för energiordningar

    Detta är en avhandling från Linköping : Linköping University Electronic Press

    Författare :Helena Karresand; Linköpings universitet.; Linköpings universitet.; [2014]
    Nyckelord :SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; Passive house; household; household activities; public housing companies; low energy homes; energy use; household appliances; everyday life; time geography; energy order; Passivhus; hushåll; hushållsaktiviteter; bostadsbolag; lågenergibostad; energianvändning; hushållsapparater; vardagsliv; tidsgeografi; energiordning;

    Sammanfattning : Energianvändningen inom bostadssektorn har stadigt ökat och verkar inte minska trots energieffektiva apparater. Genom att bygga lågenergibostäder försöker bostadsbolagen minska energianvändningen, vilket också sker, men endast vad gäller uppvärmning och varmvatten. LÄS MER

  4. 4. Energy use in multi-family dwellings : measurements and methods of analysis

    Detta är en avhandling från Byggnadsfysik LTH, Lunds Tekniska Högskola

    Författare :Hans Bagge; [2007]
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; energy use; multi-family dwellings; district heating; space heating; domestic hot water heating; common electricity; household electricity; solar heat gains.;

    Sammanfattning : In 2001, multi-family dwellings were built at nine properties in Västra hamnen, Malmö, Sweden. Several well known Swedish architects were involved in designing the buildings, hence they reflect modern architecture. Prior to the inauguration, the buildings were displayed at the international housing exhibition Bo01. LÄS MER

  5. 5. Towards sustainable energy consumption Electricity demand flexibility and household fuel choice

    Detta är en avhandling från Umeå : Umeå Universitet

    Författare :Aemiro Melkamu Daniel; Lars Persson; Runar Brännlund; Rauli Svento; [2020]
    Nyckelord :SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; Choice experiment; demand flexibility; electricity contract; fuel choice; fuel stacking; household heterogeneity; load control; pro-environmental framing; willingness-to-accept;

    Sammanfattning : Paper [I] investigates household heterogeneity in valuing electricity contract attributes that include various load controls and information sharing to induce demand flexibility. Using a stated preference choice experiment conducted with Swedish households, this paper shows that, although a large proportion of households ask for substantial compensation, some households are willing to share their electricity consumption information and require relatively lower compensation to allow load controls.
