21. Penetrablity for cementitious injection groups
Sammanfattning : Grouting as a method of strengthening and sealing rock, soiland concrete is widely spread. The possibilities of sealingstructures are of great importance in both economical andenvironmental point of view. The costs of grouting have incertain projects been as high as the cost for the blasting andexcavation of the tunnel. LÄS MER

23. Microstructure and Inclusion Characteristics in Steels with Ti-oxide and TiN Additions
Sammanfattning : Non-metallic inclusions in steels are generally considered to be detrimental for mechanical properties. However, it has been recognized that certain inclusions, such as Ti-oxide and TiN, can serve as potent nucleation sites for the formation of intragranular ferrite (IGF) in low-alloy steels. LÄS MER
24. Extinction in Molecular Clouds : Case of Barnard 335
Sammanfattning : The Bok globule B335 is a small molecular cloud in the solar neighbourhood near the galactic plane. The aim for this three-paper-study is to construct and analyze the extinction for this globule. The method we apply is to use the light from field stars behind the cloud in broadband filters ranging from UV to the mid-infrared. LÄS MER
25. Friction stir welding of copper canisters for nuclear waste
Sammanfattning : The Swedish model for final disposal of nuclear fuel waste is based on copper canisters as a corrosion barrier with an inner pressure holding insert of cast iron. One of the methods to seal the copper canister is to use the Friction Stir Welding (FSW), a method invented by The Welding Institute (TWI). LÄS MER
