    Sammanfattning : Germline pathogenic TP53 variants are associated with a broad spectrum of hereditary cancers characterized from Li-Fraumeni syndrome (LFS) to hereditary breast cancer (HBC) outcomes, known as heritable TP53-related cancer (hTP53rc) syndrome.
