Sammanfattning : Increased expression of the cell cycle regulatory protein cyclin A1 has previously been detected in patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and targeted overexpression of cyclin A1 in a transgenic mouse model initiated AML. Sammanfattning : Corlorectal cancer affects 5% of individuals in the Western world and heredity is estimated to cause at least 10% of the tumors. Defective mismatch repair (MMR) is a tumorigenic mechanism through which about 15% of colorectal cancer develops and this feature characterizes tumors associated with Hereditary Nonpolyposis Colorectal Cancer (HNPCC) or Lynch syndrome. Sammanfattning : All elbow fractures between 1969 – 1979 (n=2965) registered at the radiographic archives at the Malmö University Hospital, where all radiographs are saved since a century, were evaluated. In a trial by the Nordic Lymphoma Group, 405 patients with aggressive lymphoma were included, and randomised to receive either the standard chemotherapy regimen, CHOP, or a weekly multidrug regimen, MACOP-B.
