    Sammanfattning : Avhandlingen syftar till att skapa förståelse för de mekanismer som stödjer eller hindrar brukarmedverkan. Empirin utgörs av tre fall; Iggesund, MAL och Sunderby sjukhus. Gemensamt för fallen är att de utgör projekt med höga ambitioner med avseende på de anställdas medverkan. Analysen visar att goda intentioner inte är tillräckligt. LÄS MER
