21. Fossilized microorganisms in volcanic rocks from sub-seafloor environments
Sammanfattning : Fossilized microorganisms are focused in this thesis. Such organisms have been observed in drilled basalt samples from the Emperor Seamounts in the Pacific Ocean collected during ODP (Ocean Drilling Program) Leg 197. LÄS MER
22. Sveconorwegian metallogenesis in Sweden
Sammanfattning : Two main ore types are found in the Sveconorwegian Orogen in southwestern Sweden (Southwest Scandinavian Domain). One of them comprises stratabound Cu mineralizations in the Dal group, located west of lake Vänern. LÄS MER
23. A Mathematical and Experimental Study of Inclusion Behaviour at a Steel-Slag Interface
Sammanfattning : The aim of this thesis work is to increase the knowledge of inclusion behavior at the steel-slag interface by mathematical modeling and in-situ Confocal Scanning Laser Microscope experiments. Mathematical models based on the equation of motion predicting liquid and solid inclusion behavior was first investigated. LÄS MER
24. A Study of Bubble and Inclusion Behaviors in a Liquid Steel Bath
Sammanfattning : The bubble formation processes in a water model experiment were measured by a high-speed camera. Nozzle diameters of 0.5 mm, 1 mm and 2 mm were investigated under both wetting and non-wetting conditions. LÄS MER
25. The Älgträsk intrusion-related Au (Cu, Zn) deposit, Skellefte district, northern Sweden : Relationships between ore forming events in the Palaeoproterozoic Jörn intrusive complex
Sammanfattning : Palaeoproterozoic intrusion hosted and intrusion related deposits such as the Älgträsk Au±Cu±Zn, Åkerberg Au, Älgliden Cu–Ni±Au, and the porphyry style Järvträsk Cu±Mo±Zn, Granberg Cu±Mo and Tallberg Cu–Au±Mo deposits are situated in the northern part of the Skellefte District, northern Sweden. These deposits are all hosted within the oldest unit of the Jörn intrusive complex (JIC). LÄS MER
