Sammanfattning : combining approaches to family language policy with a language socialization approach, the present thesis examines family interoctions in five bi/multilingual lronian families in Sweden. The Swedish Child Health Services (CHS) offer preventive health surveillance, including language screening, at 2.5-3 years. However, the screening has only been validated for monolingual children.
