2. Interventions for safe and healthy work
Sammanfattning : The general aim of this thesis was to contribute to the research-based knowledge about associations 1) between individual psychological and social factors, respectively, and activity in safety work; 2) between general characteristics of working-environment change processes, on the one hand, and working environment characteristics, and health-related symptoms, on the other; 3) between working life interventions and activity to modify the working environment, working environment characteristics, and health-related symptoms.Associations between psychological and social factors, respectively, and activity in safety work were explored in a questionnarie study among Swedish fishermen. Sammanfattning : Along with the recovery of the Baltic Sea grey seal population from very low figures in the late 1970 's, there were clear signs of a rapidly increasing conflict between grey seals and fisheries.
