    Sammanfattning : Transposons of the Mu superfamily are widespread and have been shown to play an important role in the dissemination of antibiotic resistance among microorganisms.     Sammanfattning : Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) catalyses prostaglandin synthesis from arachidonic acid during inflammation.     Sammanfattning : The metabolism of arachidonic acid in the human cornea was investigated and compared with the metabolism in cattle and primates.     Sammanfattning : There is evidence of a link between peripheral signals of energy homeostasis and reward mechanisms. A hypothesis was formulated that the melanocortin (MC) system is part of this link. The hypothesis was tested by a series of receptor expression and neurochemical studies in rats. LÄS MER
