    Sammanfattning : Since 2009 a decrease in support for dis/abled people provided by the welfare state has taken place. In this process, the concept of family and relationships are both overlooked and central.     Sammanfattning : Assisted living facilities for elderly represents the major costs within the budget for eldercare for municipalities in Sweden. As the municipalities are responsible for public eldercare, which consumes a fifth of the total municipal budget, the consequence of the demographic development within the coming decades will imply major challenges for this sector.     Sammanfattning : Undersökningen fokuserar på den rättsliga styrningen av den svenska vattenbruksnäringen – en näring som under lång tid har identifierats som en potentiellt central del i den svenska livsmedelsförsörjningen men som inte har varit föremål för den utveckling som under lång tid varit ett uttalat mål. Näringen är samtidigt ingalunda oproblematisk och den rättsliga styrningen används för att tillförsäkra en hållbar näringsutveckling i enlighet med uppsatta mål, såväl avseende skyddsintressen som produktionsintressen.     Sammanfattning : The main aim of this thesis is to explore young women’s lived experience of the body, which, on one hand, is viewed as deviant – the disabled body – and, on the other hand, is viewed as accomplished – the sporting body. The questions posed in the thesis are the following: how do the young women handle the two subject positions that emerge as a result of the perception of them as respectively deviant and accomplished, which forms of femininity are available to them and what are the strategies of resistance they develop.
