Sammanfattning : The Phospholipase C β3 (PLCB3) gene is located on chromosome 11q13, in the vicinity of theMultiple Endocrine Neoplasia type 1 (MEN1) suppressor gene. Sammanfattning : We treated 16 patients with somatostatin analogs combined with α-interferon and achieved a biochemical and/or radiological response in 56% (median duration 22 months).
