    Sammanfattning : Macrophages take up large amount of exogenous materials such as oxidatively modified low-density lipoproteins (oxLDL) and lysosomotropic agents. OxLDL is taken up into macrophage lysosomes through receptor-mediated endocytosis, but poorly degraded, resulting in foam cell formation. LÄS MER
