    Sammanfattning : The aim of this thesis was to elucidate the roles of different types of DNA in inflammatory responses. We compared the immune responses to nuclease-protected phosphorothioate oligodeoxynucleotides (S-ODNs) and phosphodiester oligodeoxynucleotides (O-ODNs) that either contained or lacked CpG motifs.
