Sammanfattning : Aim and methods: This thesis aimed to study patients’ experiences with illness in their day-to-day lives and their perceived quality of care before and after implementing a 24-month adjunctive registered nurse-based outpatient intervention in liver cirrhosis. Sammanfattning : The reorienting of healthcare towards a more person-centred approach requires new approaches to evaluate care from the patient perspective. 10. Pharmacovigilance in municipal elderly care : From a nursing perspective

They are responsible for monitoring multimorbid older persons with extensive treatments, and they often work alone, without daily access to physicians.
