21. Home for future Earth lovers : Foundations of nature-connecting habitats for children
Sammanfattning : Modern childhood is increasingly segregated from nature. Yet, children’s nature experiences are first steps for sustainable futures. In this thesis, I research the foundations of habitats that can connect children to nature. I call them nature-connecting habitats. LÄS MER
22. Legacy fostering the twins. Connecting the S/X and VGOS telescope network generations
Sammanfattning : With the VLBI Global Observing System (VGOS) being the next step in the development of geodetic Very Long Baseline Interferometry (VLBI), it is necessary to connect the new VGOS network to existing legacy S/X telescopes. Specially designed short-baseline interferometry sessions aim to obtain local-tie vectors between these telescope generations at observatories that have both legacy S/X and new generation VGOS telescopes. 23. Accounting and auditing in municipal organisations – Four papers on accounting compliance and audit costs
Sammanfattning : This thesis is a quantitative study of accounting compliance and audit costs in Swedish municipal organisations, consisting of four papers. Three of the papers explore factors that explain accounting compliance concerning financial reporting and revenue recognition in Swedish municipal water, sewerage and solid waste management organisations. 24. To unite or disconnect : AmotL2 in tubulogenesis and tumor invasion
Sammanfattning : For an epithelial- or endothelial cell sheet or ‐tissue to form, individual cells must come together unite and connect. Contacts to adjacent cells and underlying matrix must be initiated, and the junctional proteins mediating the contacts must be further linked to intracellular cytoskeletal networks. LÄS MER
25. Differential forms and currents on non-reduced complex spaces with applications to divergent integrals and the dbar-equation
Sammanfattning : This thesis consists of three papers in which we study differential forms and currents on complex spaces. An important tool for us is the theory of residue currents. In Paper I we study divergent integrals over singular differential forms on a complex manifold. The differential form should have a pole along a complex hypersurface. LÄS MER
