21. Efficient Data Streaming Analytic Designs for Parallel and Distributed Processing
Sammanfattning : Today, ubiquitously sensing technologies enable inter-connection of physical objects, as part of Internet of Things (IoT), and provide massive amounts of data streams. In such scenarios, the demand for timely analysis has resulted in a shift of data processing paradigms towards continuous, parallel, and multitier computing. LÄS MER
22. A Process-oriented Approach for Migrating Software to Heterogeneous Platforms
Sammanfattning : Context: Heterogeneous computing, i.e., computing performed on processors of different types - such as combination of CPUs and GPUs, or CPUs and FPGAs - has shown to be a feasible path towards higher performance and less energy consumption. LÄS MER
23. Fotografiska drömmar och digitala illusioner : Bruket av bearbetade fotografier i svensk dagspress, reklam, propaganda och konst under 1990-talet

The aim is also to describe the expectations and conceptions of photographic alterations and digital technology in the 1990s. LÄS MER
24. Scalable Data Management for Internet of Things
Sammanfattning : Internet of Things (IoT) often involve considerable numbers of sensors that produce large volumes of data. In this context, efficient management of data could potentially enable automatic decision making based on analytics of sensors on equipment. LÄS MER
25. Reactive navigation of an autonomous vehicle in underground mines
Sammanfattning : In most underground mines, LHD (Load-Haul-Dump) vehicles are used to transportore from the stope or muck-pile to a dumping point, and are typically operated by a human who is sitting on-board the vehicle. Generally, an underground mine does not offer the best working environment for humans, and the job of an LHD operator can be characterised as Three D: Dangerous, Dirty and Dull. LÄS MER
