  3. 3. Interoperability Infrastructure and Incremental learning for unreliable heterogeneous communicating Systems

    Författare :Abdul Haseeb; Mihhail Matskin; Jüri Vain; KTH; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; Interoperability; Incremental learning; Unreliable heterogeneous communicating Systems; Robotics; Computer science; Datavetenskap;

    Sammanfattning : In a broader sense the main research objective of this thesis (and ongoing research work) is distributed knowledge management for mobile dynamic systems. But the primary focus and presented work focuses on communication/interoperability of heterogeneous entities in an infrastructure less paradigm, a distributed resource manipulation infrastructure and distributed learning in the absence of global knowledge. Författare :Matthias Mayr; Robotik och Semantiska System; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY;

    Sammanfattning : The usage of robots in industry is transforming. Traditionally, robots have been deployed to automate monotonous tasks through manual programming, excelling in speed and precision yet lacking flexibility. Now, as part of Industry 4. LÄS MER

  5. 5. Designing for added pedagogical value : A design-based research study of teachers’ educational design with ICT

    Författare :Jörgen Holmberg; Uno Fors; Göran Fransson; Jo Tondeur; Stockholms universitet; []
    Nyckelord :SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; added pedagogical value; design-based research; design framework; educational design; educational design research; EFL; ICT; teacher practice; TPACK; Information Society; informationssamhället; Innovative Learning;

    Sammanfattning : In an increasingly digitized world teachers are expected to take on the role of educational designers and use ICT to design in ways that add pedagogical value to teaching and learning. This thesis adopts a design-based research (DBR) approach to: (a) explore and contribute to the educational design processes of teachers of English as a foreign language in their efforts to use ICT for added pedagogical value, (b) examine how ICT is used in educational designs to create/contribute to what the teachers and students describe as added value and (c) explore, problematize and refine DBR as a research approach.
