  1. 1. Ergonomics Infrastructure - An Organizational Roadmap to Improved Production Ergonomics

    Författare :Cecilia Berlin; Chalmers tekniska högskola; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; MEDICIN OCH HÄLSOVETENSKAP; MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES; MEDICIN OCH HÄLSOVETENSKAP; MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES; Production Ergonomics; Organizational Ergonomics; Organizational Relations; Sociotechnical Systems; Qualitative research; Proactive Ergonomics; Macroergonomics;

    Sammanfattning : Improving production ergonomics is a pursuit common to many companies in different industrial sectors. At the core is an aspiration to eliminate risks for work-related musculo-skeletal disorders (MSDs), but modern views on ergonomics have evolved the discipline from a purely physiological, instrumental concern to an organizational, holistic systems-performance discipline (macroergonomics). 2. 2. PRODUCTION ERGONOMICS EVALUATION - NEEDS, PROCEDURES AND DIGITAL HUMAN MODELING TOOLS

    Författare :Cecilia Berlin; Chalmers tekniska högskola; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; SAMHÄLLSVETENSKAP; SOCIAL SCIENCES; Cumulative; Production Ergonomics; Digital Human Modeling; Prevention; Musculo-Skeletal Disorders; DHM; Time; Virtual Tools;

    Sammanfattning : In production systems, human operators may be at risk for developing work-related musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), resulting in pain, inability to work and high costs. An increasingly capable tool for identifying MSD risks early in the production design process are Digital Human Models (DHMs), although their built-in analysis tools are in great need of development regarding how they address time-related aspects of load exposure. 4. 4. The missing pillar: exploring social sustainability in product development

    Författare :Patricia Lagun Mesquita; Göran Broman; Sophie Hallstedt; Martin Svensson; Cecilia Berlin; Blekinge Tekniska Högskola; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; strategic sustainable development; social sustainability; sustainable product development; social lifecycle assessment; social sustainability criteria;

    Sammanfattning : Companies are increasingly pressed to consider sustainability aspects when making decisions during product development. However, the methodological support for doing so is immature. The immaturity is particularly pronounced regarding the social dimension (or pillar) of sustainability and regarding strategic sustainability considerations. LÄS MER

  5. 5. Framtidens arbete i den digitala och gröna omställningen : Förändring och stabilisering

    Författare :Felix Lundmark; Lena Abrahamsson; Fredrik Sjögren; Therese Öhrling; Cecilia Berlin; Luleå tekniska universitet; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Arbetsvetenskap; Human Work Sciences;

    Sammanfattning : This dissertation focuses on the construction of future steel work and work environment in relation to the ongoing digital and green transitions. The transitions include a clear focus on technology and has so far been lacking a focus on work. LÄS MER
