   Sammanfattning : Acyl-Coenzyme A:cholesterol acyltransferases (ACATs) 1 and 2 are integral membrane proteins located in rough endoplasmatic reticulum that catalyzes the formation of cholesteryl esters (CEs) from cholesterol and long-chain fatty acids.
