    Sammanfattning : Target structures and regulation of cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) mediated responses is the subject of this thesis. One main finding is that cells devoid of a functional transporter associated with antigen processing (TAP) appear to express novel epitopes that can be recognized by syngenic CTL. LÄS MER

    Sammanfattning : Short synthetic MHC class I (MHC-I) Db and Kb binding peptides were found to be strongly immunogenic and capable of inducing virus-specific cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) responses. Restimulation of primed splenocytes with a low peptide concentration generated optimal CTL responses. LÄS MER
