1. Värdeersättning vid återgång
Sammanfattning : When a contract is reversed the principal rule under Swedish law is that each performance is to be returned, i.e. the object of the contract should be returned in kind and any monies received repaid. LÄS MER
2. Rättighetsargumentet i skadeståndsrätten
Sammanfattning : År 2021 är det tydligt att mänskliga fri- och rättigheter utgör en del av svensk civilrätt. Överträdelser av rättigheter kan utgöra en grund för skadestånd. Tidigare var detta otänkbart. LÄS MER
3. Construction Logistics in a City Development Setting
Sammanfattning : With the current urbanization trend, there is an increased need for city development, i.e. to build apartment buildings, hospitals, schools and infrastructure in cities and urban areas to meet the rising demands. At the same time, land is increasingly seen as a finite resource. LÄS MER
4. Influence of Global Composition and Local Environment on the Spectroscopic and Magnetic Properties of Metallic Alloys
Sammanfattning : Theoretical investigations of spectroscopic and magnetic properties of metallic systems in the bulk, as well as in nanostructured materials, have been performed within the density functional theory. The major part of the present work studies the differences between binding energies of electrons tightly bound to the atoms, the so-called core electrons (in contrast with the valence electrons), that is, core-level binding energy shift (CLS). 5. Thin Mn silicide and germanide layers studied by photoemission and STM
Sammanfattning : The research presented in this thesis concerns experimental studies of thin manganese silicide and germanide layers, grown by solid phase epitaxy on the Si(111)7×7 and the Ge(111)c(2×8) surfaces, respectively. The atomic and electronic structures, as well as growth modes of the epitaxial Mn-Si and Mn-Ge layers, were investigated by low-energy electron diffraction (LEED), angle-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy (ARPES), core-level spectroscopy (CLS), and scanning tunneling microscopy and spectroscopy (STM and STS).
