Sammanfattning : The discussion of a palliative care and a dignified death has almost exclusively been applied to people dying of cancer. As people are getting older and are living longer, nursing homes have become an important place for end-of-life care and death. Sammanfattning : The overall aim of this thesis was to describe how people with very severe obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) experienced their every day lives and created meaning, with focus on end-of-life. 10. Women's experiences of gynecological cancer and interaction with the health care system through different phases of the disease
Sammanfattning : This thesis explores women’s experiences of being diagnosed with gynecological cancer, during different phases of the disease trajectory. The women were undergoing treatment for primary gynecological cancer (study I) and for recurring ovarian cancer (studies II–IV). LÄS MER
