  1. 1. Bio-Inspired Self-Organising Architecture for Cyber-Physical Manufacturing Systems

    Författare :João Dias-Ferreira; Mauro Onori; Luis Ribeiro; Paulo Leitão; KTH; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; Bio-inspired production systems; Self-organisation; Cyber-physical production systems; Industrial Information and Control Systems; Industriella informations- och styrsystem; Production Engineering; Industriell produktion;

    Sammanfattning : The refinement in consumer's requirements and the fast paced development of socio-technical systems, are promoting, increasingly globalized markets with a high demand for fast time-to-market, sustainable, high quality and highly customized, or even personalized, low priced products. This new reality is forcing companies to change and adapt their business strategies, so that they can quickly and efficiently engage in short-window business opportunities. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Bio-Inspired Self-Organisation in Evolvable Production Systems

    Författare :Dias Ferreira João; Mauro Onori; Luis Ribeiro; José Barata; Niels Lohse; KTH; []
    Nyckelord :;

    Sammanfattning : The increasing market fluctuations and customized products demand have dramatically changed the focus of industry towards organizational sustainability and supply chain agility. Such critical changes in the strategic vision of the companies inevitably have a direct impact on the shop-floor operational requirements. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Novel electrode and photoelectrode materials for hydrogen production based on molecular catalysts

    Författare :Andrew J. Bagnall; Leif Hammarström; Vincent Artero; Sascha Ott; Alexander Cowan; Uppsala universitet; []
    Nyckelord :NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; NATURVETENSKAP; NATURAL SCIENCES; electrochemical mechanism; hydrogen; artificial photosynthesis; molecular catalyst; hydrogen evolution; cobalt; Kemi; Chemistry;

    Sammanfattning : The PhD project focussed on the application of a cobalt tetraazamacrocyclic complex, in the literature commonly referred to as [Co(CR)Cl2]+ as a molecular catalyst for the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER). This was within the broader scope of the EU MSCA H2020 ITN ‘eSCALED’ project, which primarily aimed to create artificial leaf devices for the storage of solar energy in chemical fuels and, as part of this, sought the development of novel bio-inspired and scalable materials.
