Having completed their doctoral education but yet to find stable employment, early career academics are generally viewed as the most vulnerable group of academic staff. Sammanfattning : Studiens syfte är att studera och analysera hur fostransuppdraget beskrivs i centralt, regionalt och lokalt producerade texter relaterade till en förskoleklass i ett mångetniskt urbant område. Forskningsfrågorna är: Vem beskrivs som utföraren? Hur beskrivs utförandet? Hur beskrivs det önskade resultatet? Hur kan relationen mellan de olika texterna beskrivas?
