    Sammanfattning : Syftet med föreliggande avhandling var att undersöka socialsekreterares utredningar och bedömningar av ungdomar som uppvisat kriminellt beteende, samt matchning mellan bedömda behov och rekommenderade behandlingsinsatser. I synnerhet var syftet att undersöka om strukturerad risk- och behovsbedömning kan leda till bättre kvalitet på utredningar i form av fler dokumenterade risk- och skyddsfaktorer, säkrare prediktion av återfall i allvarliga brott, bättre matchning till relevanta behandlingsinsatser, samt om grad av matchning mellan behov och insatser påverkar ungdomars återfall.     Sammanfattning : A major aim initially was to create a forum for reflective dialogue on the preschool professions and how it is experienced on a daily basis, so as to be able to investigate how members of the preschool staff construct their professional subject. The following are major questions that were posed: How do preschool staff members talk about themselves, their profession and their work?
