    Sammanfattning : One of the still big problems in the Standard Model of particle physics is the problem of confinement. Quarks or other coloured particles have never been observed in isolation.     Sammanfattning : In order to perform a specific function, a protein needs to fold into the proper structure. Prediction the protein structure from its amino acid sequence has still been unsolved problem. Despite being a heavily studied field, predicting the native structure from the amino acid sequence and modeling the folding process can still be considered unsolved problems.
