  1. 1. Prostate cancer theranostics using GRPR antagonist RM26

    Författare :Bogdan Mitran; Anna Orlova; Vladimir Tolmachev; Ulrika Rosenström; Tony Lahoutte; Uppsala universitet; []
    Nyckelord :MEDICIN OCH HÄLSOVETENSKAP; MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES; Gastrin-releasing peptide receptor GRPR ; Bombesin; Prostate-specific membrane antigen PSMA ; Antagonist; Radionuclide molecular imaging; Theranostics; Peptide receptor radionuclide therapy PRRT .;

    Sammanfattning : The malignant transformation of cells is often associated with an alteration of their molecular phenotype, resulting in overexpression of several cell surface proteins. Gastrin-releasing peptide receptor (GRPR) and prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) are examples of such pro-teins that are expressed at a high density in prostate cancer. LÄS MER

  2. 2. Theranostic Targeting of GRPR and PSMA in Prostate Cancer

    Författare :Ayman Abouzayed; Anna Orlova; Ulrika Rosenström; Anzhelika Vorobyeva; Bogdan Mitran; Cristina Müller; Uppsala universitet; []
    Nyckelord :MEDICIN OCH HÄLSOVETENSKAP; MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES; MEDICIN OCH HÄLSOVETENSKAP; MEDICAL AND HEALTH SCIENCES; prostate cancer; gastrin-releasing peptide receptor GRPR ; prostate-specific membrane antigen PSMA ; nuclear medicine; molecular imaging; radiotracers; theranostics; Farmaceutisk vetenskap; Pharmaceutical Science; Oncology; Onkologi;

    Sammanfattning : This thesis is based on five original articles that investigated the theranostics of prostate cancer by gastrin-releasing peptide receptor (GRPR) and prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) targeting. GRPR and PSMA are two extensively evaluated prostate cancer cell markers due to their overexpression in the majority of prostate cancer samples. LÄS MER

  3. 3. Ventilation Performance in Operating Rooms : A Numerical Assessment

    Författare :Cong Wang; Sture Holmberg; Sasan Sadrizadeh; Anna Bogdan; KTH; []
    Nyckelord :TEKNIK OCH TEKNOLOGIER; ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY; operating room ventilation; bacteria-carrying particles; laminar airflow; mixing ventilation; temperature-controlled airflow; computation fluid dynamics; Lagrangian particle tracking; Civil and Architectural Engineering; Byggvetenskap; Strömnings- och klimatteori; Fluid and Climate Theory;

    Sammanfattning : Surgical site infections (SSIs) remain one of the most challenging postoperative complicationsof healthcare and threaten the lives of millions of patients each year. Current evidence hasshown a positive relationship between the airborne concentration of bacteria-carryingparticles (BCPs) in the operating room (OR) and the rate of infections. LÄS MER
