1. Noise in the preschool : health and preventive measures
Sammanfattning : This thesis is based on noise recordings and health evaluations carried out at preschools in the northern part of Sweden. Sound level recordings were made on individuals and by use of stationary devices in dining rooms and play halls. Sammanfattning : As technological advances drives the evolution of sensors as well as the systems using them, processing and analysis of multi-dimensional signals such as images becomes more and more common in a wide range of applications ranging from consumer products to automated systems in process industry. Sammanfattning : The thesis deals with questions of how the purpose and content in the Swedish school subject Sloyd can be understood in the present, some years after a new curriculum came into effect in 2011. Through sloyd teachers’ stories of their knowledge and the historical traces that have left a mark on their teaching, such as older syllabuses and mediated experiences, the intention is to examine the pedagogical thinking that forms the classroom’s activities.
